The investigation of the flicker dissemination and the methods of improving it in the network connected to wind turbine

In this article, the impact of wind turbines on the flicker, that is one of the effective indicators in assessing quality network will be examined.The modeling of wind turbine was carried for investigating the quality of delivered power to bar PCC point, and the sensitivity analysis of flicker considering the capacity bar of PCC point, impedance angle equivalent to capacity of short connection network in the presence of facts instruments like SVC and STATCOM has been done. Also in thisarticle, the methods of power quality improvement in the presence of wind power plants with the use of facts instruments and the effective capacitor bank have been studied.
