Abstract:In this paper, we address scalarization techniques for multiobjective optimization problems. We propose a new scalarization approach, called unified Pascoletti-Serafini approach. Our theoretical results establish the relation between the solutions of the suggested scalarizationtechnique and (properly, weakly) efficient solutions of the related MOP. Moreover, based on the theoretical results, we formulate a new algorithm to generate Pareto fronts of multiobjective optimization problems. Finally, we show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm with respect to some existing methods.
