Abstract:In this paper, we propose a new nanoscale MIN/MAX structure for fuzzy applications based on carbon nanotubes FETs. Most of the fuzzy rules are more than 2 which lead us to design a multiple input MIN/MAX. Scaling of CMOS technology has led to problems that lead to the use of emerging technologies such as CNTFET. In the proposed design we reduce delays and number of elements when we use cascaded architecture in case of multiple rules or inputs
