Abstract:
The present era is the era of tremendous evolutions and changes in technology, an era which it’s intellectual structure is full of deepening information and paying attention to creative and knowledgeable human resources participation instead of functional human resources. Paying attention to Knowledge management and supporting it provides any organization with a suitable opportunity to support continuously in the complex content of the organization and overtake others and pioneer in the activity various fields. Each organization tries to use the knowledge management opportunities such as acquisition approaches, intergration and information systems in innovation. In fact, organizational managers and policy makers have found that a successful innovation is a knowledgeable innovation. This paper uses the literature review in this field, the researches and experiences of different people to deal with knowledge management concepts and definitions and innovation and its role in organizations innovation and development.
