Abstract:
The ethanol was produced from sweet sorghum fresh stalks of Keller and Cowley cultivars using new microorganism Trichoderma reesei RT -P1 crude enzyme powder [1]. Prediction of cell concentration was accomplished in the production of ethanol from sweet sorghum fresh stalks by Artificial Neural Network(ANN). A three-layer feed forward neural network was established. The constructed neural network was found to be exact in predicting the cell concentration in the production of ethanol from sweet sorghum fresh stalks for the new input data which are kept unaware of the trained neural network showing its capability to determine the cell concentration for any operating conditions under interest.
