Abstract:

This study examined the relationship between transformational leadership style and creativity of staff and representatives of the Iran Insurance Organization in Isfahan, So the goal, and the method used descriptive - correlational. The study population consisted of all employees of Iran insurance agents in Isfahan that was about 190 people. In this research to predict the sample size, simple random sampling was used. Bass and Avolio Aryan for the transformational leadership questionnaire (2000) with 20 items. The second survey questionnaire was considered biased organizational creativity. In order to determine the validity of the content and face were used. Several consecutive times, the professors of management at every stage that the proposed amendments should apply in the questionnaire using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the questionnaire. After collecting data, analyzing them both descriptive and inferential statistics were performed using SPSS software. The results showed a correlation between the score of intellectual stimulation and creativity positive and meaningful relationship. The correlation coefficient between scores idealized influence and creativity positive and meaningful relationship. The correlation coefficient between the scores of inspirational motivation and creativity positive and meaningful relationship. The observed correlation between the individual and creativity positive and meaningful relationship.
