Abstract:

The present research was conducted to develop a fuzzy classification model and specify the nutritional status of micronutrients (Copper, Iron, Manganese, and Zinc) on the shoot of different cultivars of wheat (Triticum aestivum) under Cadmium toxicity. For this purpose, a factorial experiment plan was designed and performed. The treatments consisted of three levels of Cadmium (0 (as control), 40, and 80 mg Cd kg-1 soil) and 14 various cultivars of wheat. The contents of Copper, Iron, Manganese, and Zinc on the shoot of cultivars were measured and defined as the input set for the fuzzy model. The membership functions of the fuzzy model were defined as Gaussian and triangularshaped for the inputs and outputs, respectively. Based on the results of fuzzy classification model in the present work, Alvand and Azadi cultivars were identified as the most sensitive cultivars to deficiency of micronutrient under Cadmium toxicity.
