Abstract:

This study is aimed to investigate strategic knowledge management on companies’ innovation andperformance. Statistical population in this study includes all of companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange. Afterapplying restrictions, 130 companies were considered as the statistical population. Finally, 100 companies as the samplesize were considered using simple random method and Cochran s theorem. Data collection method in this study hasbeen field method. So, research-made 20 question questionnaire was used. Reliability and durability of questionnairewere verified by professors and experts in this field. To measure durability of each of dimensions of strategicmanagement which include (Setting rules, Codification, Privatization), innovation and performance of companiesobtained more than 0.7 using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient which indicates high durability of model. To analyze data,descriptive statistic includes (mean, median, frequency, frequency percentage, central tendency and dispersion, etc.)was used and inferential statistic used to test hypotheses. To do this, Structural Equation Model with helping practicalsoftware, LISREL or AQS have been used. Finally, research’s findings show that strategic knowledge management hasa direct and significant effect on innovation and performance of companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange. It meansthat primary hypotheses were verified. Generally, strategic knowledge management indirectly impacts on innovationand performance of companies listed in Stock Exchange through indicators such as Setting rules and Codification,Privatization.
