Investigation of the pH changing of the last solution on configuration of CoSe nanostructure layers

Nano Crystals Provide aconfinment effect for nanoscal engineering.In this work the cobalt selenide quantum dot and nano particle filmes have been deposited by chemical bath deposition method (CBD).Effects of deposition pH and annealing operation and structural of CoSe nano particles film is studied .The energy band and structural and morphological of the samples are investigatedby X-Ray diffraction (XRD),UV-visible spectrometer and scanning electrone microscop(SEM)
