Abstract:
Today’s organizations are operating in a very dynamic and highly competitive environment. This study intends to investigate how companies can efficiently manage their reward system through changes in the business environment. The purpose of this paper is to define relationship between companies reward systems and their employer performances. In this study we survey some of biggest companies in the world. Reward System is a complex and often confusing concept. Their managers established especial reward systems in their organization; this problem can explain: what the impact of their reward system is in employer motivation and its related concepts.
