Abstract:

Acetaminophen oral (APAP) and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) are powerful medicines used to reduce the pain. Studies show that these pain relievers not only affect physical pain but also affect social pain. In this paper, an EEG signal processing-based classifier has been used in order to classifying emotions after and before using painkillers. Simultaneously, the study considers the effects of drug delivery with and without audio music evoke impulses. Different methods of extracting features in time, frequency, non-linear, and statistical analysis have been used. It is shown that pain relievers not only affect physical pain, but also affect emotional status of the subjects. FP1, P4, P7 and C3 EEG leads show the effectiveness of Acetaminophen oral (APAP and Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory drug (NSAID) around 18.92 percent.
