Gbs is an acute or subacute inflammatory polyradiculoneuropathy It is an acquire condition that is characterized by progressive ,symmetrical weakness We report 60-years old male patient who presented with complaint of asymmetric weakness in 4limbs and deep tendon reflex showed hyperreflexia
