Effect of using different level of Barley with local water Hayicinth(Einhhornia Crassipes ) herb powder for wheat in villa of Jejunum intestine of Broilers chicks

This experiment was conducted in 9/10 / 2017 to 12/ 1/ 2018 , the location was doing in research Hall at animal Recourse department , college of Agricultural university of kufa , associated with the Al-Kafel college Department of medical laborites Scinces / laboratory of Histology and anatomy , the design was RCBD with 2 replication , broiler bird from Ross type (380 ) one day age were used and divided into 5 group, each group contain 26 bird , the treatment were 5 as the following :-1-Group (T1)control treatment in which given normal diet with any amount of Einhhornia crassipes mixed with Barley .2-Group (T2)which were given 25 % of mixed barley in chick diet daily . 3-Group (T3) which were given 50 % of mixed Barley in chick diet daily . 4-Group (T4) which were given 75 % of mixed Barley in chic diet daily .5-Group (T5) which were given 100 % of mixed Barley in chick diet daily . the treatment started at the beginning of one day for 5 week at end of 5 week , in portion of Jejunumto make Histological slide and examine under microscope to show the change in the structure of villa depend upon the amount of mixed Barley which take it Histological change of villa according to the amount of mixed barley as following :-1-Group (T1) is control show the villa normal in shape the 4 main layer is distinguish mucosa which line by simple columnar epithelium , sub mucosa and lamina propria with lymphoid cell , muscularis externa , and serosa with 2 layer smooth muscle (inner circular and outer longitudinal ), the adipose cell is found .2-Group (T2)which were give 25 % of mixed Barley show long villa , mucosa is damage some metaplasia , epical villa is damage, seroas with smooth muscle is regular and edematous.3-Group (T3) which were give 50 % of mixed Barley show long, thick hyperatrophy villa ,mucosa and sub mucosa is odematous and damage , serosa with irregular fiber smooth muscle , intestine gland is irregular shape ,epical villa is damage .4-Group (T4) which were give 75 % mixed Barley show long thin lamina properia with complet damage of mucosa , Filamentous sub mucosa with out muscle fiber ,intestine gland is irregular shape 5-Group (T5) which were give 100 % mixed Barley show sever damage of mucosa and sub mucosa , filamentous lamina propria , intestine gland is sever hyperatrophy irregular shape , some gland is damage ,cytoplasm lost appearance ,nucleues lost shape serosa with irregular muscle fiber and odematous .
