Abstract:

The environmental pollution damage threatens food as it is one of the problems experienced by developed societies and developing, which is a major threat to food and economic security .During the production food is exposed to pollution in its various forms and to the human need for food and important the continuity of life. It is fast mouthed transport diseases that are transmitted directly to humans when they eat contaminated food. There are several factors behind the contamination of food, whether natural factors such as heat, humidity and sunlight affecting the production of raw materials involved in the manufacture of food as well as the impact on processed food or human in relation to the places of production and methods of disposal and of transport and safe methods and other matters related to the quality of industry Keeping and transporting food Therefore, the research focused on the types of food contaminants and the causes of food pollution in order to achieve a and to highlight intensively using statistical methods in relation to the cases of food poisoning at temperature in the waist city .The study found that there is a strong relationship between the elements of the climate and the high concentration of pollutants in the atmosphere, which has a negative reflection on the high concentration of pollutants in food and contributes effectively to increasing the cases of food pollution caused by food poisoning.
