Abstract:

This study was conducted in the poultry farm of the Department of Animal Production - Faculty of Agriculture/AL-qasim green University and for the period from 19/8/2017 until 22/9/2017. The laboratory work was then carried out. 480 chicken broilers and Cages 1 × 1.5 m The chicks were randomly divided into six treatments and each treated four replicates, each containing 20 chicks, nano-silver was injected into the eggs with concentrations (0, Nacl, 12ppm, 14ppm, 16ppm, 20ppm) for (T1,T2,T3,T4,T5,T6) respectively, and we found the following results in this study. showed a significant superiority (P <0.01) in the hatching ratio of the injection treatments in nano-silver and the T4 treatment achieved the best results. Height significant (P <0.01) in the body weight of hatching for T5, T3 compared with other treatments .Height significant (P <0.01) in the percentage of embryo losses in nano-silver injection treatments and T4 treated with the lowest percentage of fetal losses. A significant high elevation (0.01> p) was found for T6 treatment in the length of the villi in the fasting period. T4 and T3 were superior in the villi width, while all injection treatment T3, T4, T5 and T6 were superior in the depth of the crypt.
