Abstract:
In this study several examples of hydrogels based on PVP and examples of nanocomposites hydrogelsbased PVP with different content of montmorillonite nanoclay and nanozeolite clinoptilolite were prepared.Then the swelling of hydrogels and kinetics of drug delivery of hydrogel in an environment similar to thebody (pH = 7.4) was examined. In this study the effect of different percentages of nanoparticles on thehydrogel were clearly observed, then kinetics of drug (Aminophylline) delivery of hydrogel from varioussamples of Hydrogel with nanoparticles without nanoparticles were obtained with the two models Peppasand Higuchi. Based on the Results Peppas model with experimental data showed better compliance andultimately by using the Peppas mass transfer model, drug penetration rate of optimal hydrogel,nanoocomposite with 1% nanozeolit and nanocomposite with 4% nanoclay were calculated. Themorphology and microstructure of the prepared nanocomposites were studied by electron microscopy.
