Abstract:
In the Cucurbit family, transcriptome profiling data of flower development are limited to determination of the flower s sex, which in different developmental phases, several genes are expressed differently or specifically. This a large family is more than of species that displaymostly unisexual florals. Out of some 800 species studied, 460 aremonoecious and 340 are dioecious. Citrullus colocynthis L. is a perennial plant, with male and female flowers on a monoecious. In monoecious, CsACS2 gene increase ethylene production which leads to female florals and The andromonoecious, gene CmACS-7 controls stamina development in female florals. The bioinformatics analysis RNA-Seg study was carried out using the Sequence Viewer CLC-7 software for the species plant of the Cucurbitaceae family to study the CsACS2 gene. from the obtained data, the CsACS2 gene alignment was high in the domains. Also, using the phylogeny tree pattern, the phylogeny relations between the studied species were close.
