Abstract:

Based management thinking, in addition to the checkered pattern of the game of chess method and targets enshrined in it, an integrated model of all management styles and leadership, which has been in the world. In this model, elements of the organization,resources and applications as a unified organisms and in accordance with the specific targets, also on track to achieve it. This study aims to examine the effect of the graph -based management thinking on labor productivity in the branches of the National Bank of the West and Tehran to collect such a sample of 231 employees of the National Bank branches West Tehran ( 97 ) branch . Kind of the present study, descriptivesurvey of the branch and practical purpose. In this study, in order to gather information, library of two - and - field is used. Means of gathering information, questionnaire. To analyze the data, data obtained from the implementation of the questionnaires was done using SPSS software in two parts, the inference descriptive and analysed. In descriptive part of operations demographic information people , aswell as a representative sample containing the tables and charts , the cumulative average , percent and … . In the corollary of tests of the K - S and regression tests to study the research hypotheses. After data collection and analysis of its findings, all hypotheses subsidiary, as well as the main research hypothesis also tested and accepted so it can be said in an activity - based management graph thinking on the efficiency of manpower in the branches of the National Bank of West Tehran.
