Abstract:

In regard of the increasing domestic building construction trend and the lack of a reliable substitution for the traditional housing construction methods, there is high cost of building and staffing, which incurs inaccurate time, implementation, and plentiful problems in the housing sector. Since the traditional methods cannot meet the today's needs in housing sector, the housing industrialization and industrial construction methods are more focused. The industrial building construction methods lead to more efficient use of materials, staff, and implementation time, consequently there is rapid construction, safety, and light building. One of these implementation systems is steel roof deck implementation system, which is introduced and registered as new technology and industrialization in the Building and Housing Research Center. In the recent years, one of the most common structural building roofs is steel composite roofs during the implementation and design evolution, as there are several changes and significant advances, including the ceiling. First, these roof types are only common as in situ format for concrete ceilings and thereby some concrete measures are taken for the full contribution between the concrete and the steel sheets for the application of these sheets in the composite structure form (compound), which is used by the engineers during operation.This paper explores the composite steel deck roof and its implementation method and afterward this type of roof is discussed and analyzed. The present study shows that the purpose of designing and choosing this type of roof is the best choice of the sheet steel deck, whereas in addition to the minimum and maximum loading, it also reduces the concrete volume. In this study, it is assumed that the steel deck roof is used for the architectural and structural advantages, thereby the economical targets are met. The descriptive analytic study method is applied in this study, as the field research, library documents, and the case study are used.
