Abstract:

Social stability generally is synonym to increase quality of life for humans of current and next generation considering their talents and capacities and to satisfy needs of all social classes. Nowadays stability is one of the key issues in all fields, especially in the fields of architecture and urban spaces. This subject could be balanced through three main indexes affecting this issue which are: economic, ecological, and social components together. Economic component is usually the focus of extreme attention by investors due to financial motivations. Ecological component also has definite rules according to each society which are considered. However, enough attention has not been paid for social component by public. In current research principles of social stability in designing cultural centres which nowadays are one of the most important cultural areas, have been investigated. To achieve this stability it is necessary to consider some sub-components such as: justice, issues of aesthetics, comfort and ease, security and growth of children, social identity, and other related indexes. Implemented research method in current article is analytical descriptive method based on analyzing, describing, and extracting results from different resources which leads to discovery of principles of stability and their relationships, and finally pattern of principles of social stability for cultural centres.
