Abstract:

This article examines the criteria obtained from different method of translation evaluation which are applicable. Assessing translation is difficult task because ofdifferences between contexts and subjective nature.Each of theorist has considered different aspect of evaluating translation quality. Present study set out to answer thisquestion ’’what are criteria used in the evaluation of translation in educational setting? Considering different translation evaluation method and various sources, apractical framework of translation evaluation was produced. The final frame work includes examination of accuracy, cohesion, coherence, culture, fluency, function, and style.
