Abstract:

Patient Relationship Management (PRM) is one of the priorities of private health organizations to success. Because of the crucial role of PRM in the survival and growth of private health organizations, PRM has had a large demand in the recent years. However, there the capabilities of PRM can be enhanced by incorporating new knowledge domains with PRM. Recent research shows that an organization’s Knowledge Management (KM) capabilities are one of the most significant critical success factor affecting PRM impact. Some studies have widely recognize the PRM discipline’s relationship with KM approaches and technologies as a relevant field of research. This research aims to discuss the dimensions of patient knowledge management (PKM) in PRM and its technical feasibility and requirements.
