Abstract:

Background: Breast cancer is the most common cancer and the most deadly malignancy among women. Bone, lung, adjacent lymph nodes, liver and brain are the most common metastases and skin is a rare metastasis. According to the World Health Organization, 98 people are endemic to leishmaniasis and more than 350 million are at risk.Case report: This case is a skin lesion caused by metastasis of skin cancer treated with glucantime as cutaneous leishmaniasis..Discuss: Cancer metastasis to the skin is in the form of nodules, plaques and ulcers. Since the shape of the lesions is similar to leishmaniasis, In this case, a cutaneous ulceration of the toe has been mistakenly diagnosed as leishmaniasis.Conclusion : Considering the appearance of each skin lesion and getting a complete history in initial examination is helpful in differential diagnosis. This patient could have been diagnosed earlier,with given the history of breast cancer and the induration appearance of the wound
