Abstract:

The happiness of the people as a field of study in psychology and human resource management has become of great importance to managers and employees. Happiness in the workplace is achieved when a person uses his abilities and talents to achieve his goals. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of employees happiness on their performance and management style according to Islamic teachings.The method of doing this research is a kind of review, in terms of its nature, practical and time-consuming, and is a part of academic literature. The method of collecting information included library studies. Finally, concepts related to the effect of happiness components on performance are confirmed, and the factors of good ethics of managers are influential on employees happiness. The results of this study show that although joy and joy are internal emotional, there is a direct relationship between employees happiness and organizational productivity.
