Approach to Episiotomy

Routine use of episiotomy is not beneficial.• It is indicated in deliveries with :• High risk of severe perineal laceration.• Significant soft tissue dystocia.• Need to facilitate delivery of a compromised fetus.• We discuss about this procedure completely.
