In the first visit, there was a significant difference in the size of left ovarian follicles in caseand control group(P <0.004) ,but in the second and third visit, the left ovarian follicle size in case groupwas larger than control group, without significant difference statistically. In the first visit, there was asignificant difference in the size of right ovarian follicles in case and control group(P <0.001) but, nosignificant difference in second and third visit. Conclusion : because of significant effects of palm pollen on increase of endometrial thickness and size ofdominant follicle, therefore, we recommend , this low costs, low side effect regimen in treatment of PCOSpatients.
