Abstract:

Legal translation is a type of specialist or technical translation, a translational activity that involves language of and related to law and legal process. Legal translation refersto the rendering of legal texts from the Source language (SL) into the Target Language (TL). And globalization has resulted in increased interactions between peoples andcultures of the world. These cross cultural interactions has increased the need for translators and interpreters, thus auguring well for the translation industry as a whole.The present study makes an effort to examine the globalization as translation studies and globalization was the instrument that the researcher used to carry out the present research study is analysis the translation of international law texts and public diplomacy in Michael Cronin translation of Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action. In thisstudy, translation is living through a period of revolutionary upheaval. The effects of digital technology and the internet on translation are continuous, widespread and profound
