Hence, due to the fact that annually the part of large dams thus disappears, it is very important to solve this problem in dry and semi-arid countries such as Iran. There are some ways to deal with sedimentation, including the sediment trapping upstream, the development of wetlands, the planting of trees and trees in the catchment area of dams, the construction of tanks outside the main route, the transport of sediments through the valve Evacuation, construction of a tunnel and tunnel, as well as sedimentation methods. It should be noted that each of the above methods should be considered according to the location, And economic in each region, because in some cases, de-sweep operations can be very costly and non-economic. In addition to the above methods, in addition to the above-mentioned methods, several Iranian dams have been referred to for decontamination.
