Abstract:
In this paper, carbon nanoparticles was growth by Arc discharge method as a high quality method. The FT-IR spectrum analysis show presence various allotrope of carbon in synthesized nanoparticles such as single-walled carbon nanotube. In order to investigation effect of pressure on the synthesis and electrical properties of carbon nanotubes, air pressure in the reactor was changed by bubbling system and I-V curves of each step obtained. Results show that electrical conductivity of carbon nanotubes increased by increasing the pressure
