Ideology and evaluation of translation

In this paper I want to elaborate the ideology and norms of society which constitute the pragmatic level of evaluation. Especially, the ideology associated with the Qur an translator. So, it is considered to define the ideology and norms and their relationship to the translation. Then how should we evaluate this level of translation The evaluation must be done in different levels (linguistic, semantic and pragmatic). In the pragmatic level which includes the ideology and norms of society, the evaluator should take into consideration the ideology presupposition of the translator unless it is recognized that the ideology of the translator is far away from pure language. So, in such situations that the translation is under effect of different ideology presuppositions, the evaluator can not give negative point to the translator because of loss of meaning or etc. because we refer back to the etymology of the word which includes two meanings.
