Abstract:

Thermophiles are heat-loving bacteria that can live in temperatures of 45 to 120 degrees Celsius. Thermophiles are divided intomoderate thermophiles and extreme thermophiles. One of the extreme types is hyperthermophilic that is capable of temperatures of 120 degrees Celsius Grow up[1]. In this study, the iso-electric point, molecular weight, and percentage of proteins producing amino acids in the bacterial Proteome of 10 thermophilic and hyperthermophilic samples(a collection of 39709 data) were compared. Then the results were analyzed by spss. The results showed that the percentage of amino acids such as Glutamic acid, glutamine, valine, threonine differed significantly in the hyperthermophilic bacterial proteins compared to thermophilic bacteria.
