Comparison of physicochemical properties between the Proteome of thermophilic and mesophilic bacteria in uniprot

Thermophiles are a variety of arctic bacteria that found in various parts of the earth including volcanoes, hot springs, and other hot spots [1] able to survive at 60 to 120 degrees Celsius [2].In this study, the iso-electric point, molecular weight, and percentage of proteins producing amino acids in the bacterial Proteome of 50 thermophilic and mesophilic samples (a collection of 265429 data) were compared. Then the results were analyzed by spss. The results showed that the percentage of amino acids such as glycine, aspartic acid, leucine, methionine, asparagine, proline, serine, threonine and arginine differed significantly in the thermophilic bacterial proteins compared to mesophilic bacteria. Also, the isoelectric point difference of proteins in thermophilic bacteria is significant in comparison with the isoelectric point of proteins in mesophilic bacteria.
