Abstract:

Today s growing population has caused more human demand for food, which has led to the expansion ofagricultural production and the impact of land and resources on the ground [1].To identify the DEGs(Different expression genes) in the rice plant, the drought stress resistant microarray libraries that haveresistant cultivars are download from the NCBI site with the CEL. File format (such as GSE21651,GSE26280 , GSE25176) then subscripted libraries in the GEO2R section of the NCBI. (log2 FC: upexpression ≥ 1, down expression ≤ -1, P.Value = 1%), export the results to excel file, common significant upand down regulated genes revealed on JVENN site(jvenn.toulouse.inra.fr/app/example.html). Based on thesegraphs,3 resistant cultivars had 299 genes with increased expression, their protein such as dehydrin Rab16C,alpha-amylase isozyme 2A, hsp70-Hsp90 organizing protein. On the ExPASY site (.expasy.org/) in theSTRING section, the relationship between some of proteins has been investigated, Results had 2 mainprotein interaction graphs Clusters. One of them had 11 protein such as isocitrate lyase, alpha-amylaseisozyme 2A, that sucrose synthase 4 had more interaction, the other had 26 protein such as transketolase,RAB25, HSFA6B, SGT1. Then on panther site (.pantherdb.org/panther/ontologies.jsp) 2 groups, biologicaland molecular finded.
