Abstract:

One of the most important viral diseases of humans and influenza viruses [1]. The flu has caused the deaths of millions of people and the destruction of millions of birds and mammals and huge economic losses throughout the world[2]. Influenza is an infectious disease caused by a type of RNA virus from the Orthomyxovirida family [3].There is no definitive treatment for the flu virus. The only possible way to escape and prevent the proliferation of human and animal species is to eliminate an infected bird or to bury a dead person[4]. With the advent of genomic editing, scientists are hoping to be able to keep this system safe forever [5]. Gene therapy has so far been carried out mainly through the gene transfer technique [6]. In this way, an uncontrolled virus transmits a healthy version of a gene to the cell to take the defective gene that the disease produces [7].in CRISPR approach, scientists can directly correct the faulty genes . They separate the broken DNA and put in place a healthy DNA instead [8] .One of the major achievements of researchers in lung cancer treatment humans[9] and inhibition of the beta-lacto globulin gene in goat milk has been [10].
