Islam is a collection ofdoctrines and rules which includes Muslim’s individual, family, social, political, economic, andinternational lives. After hegira to Medina, the Great Prophet formed the first Islamic state. TheGreat Prophet applied all rules of Islam in the Islamic state. He was acting like a ruler.
