Abstract:

Background: Cancer is recently threatening human health as a major problem all over the world. Many reports have shown that there is a functional impairment in the immune system of the affected patients. Transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-β) is an inflammatory cytokine of the immune system that regulates various behaviors such as growth, proliferation, apoptosis and stimulates or inhibits miRNA maturation. Methods: This study examines the role of dual TGF- β in breast cancer to categorize research topics in recent years. Results: TGF-β plays an important role in the progression and metastasis of cancer. So tumor expansion can largely stop by inhibiting and regulating of TGF. Discussion and conclusion: According to importance of breast cancer, and painful methods of chemotherapy , research of effective factors and effective agents to control the disease in the early stages of malignancy is highly felt.
