Analysis of physical development and its accordance with the master plan by approach ofstrategic planning (Case Study: CHALDERAN City)

Natural and human phenomena on the location and physical development of cities have a key role. Rapidurban growth is mainly related to the concentration of population in urban areas. Growing urbanization in thepattern of land use, environmental, urban and economic changes created body. In this study, we tried toapproach strategic planning, physical development CHALDERAN be analyzed in Western Azerbaijan province.Results according to the technique of SWOT, significantly suggests overcoming the weaknesses and threats.
