Empowerment strategies in the context of historic survey (Case study: Cultural- historical context of Tabriz city)

Historical contexts and worthwhile of Irans cities that are at the center of these cities have high potential for remaking and revitalization because of enjoyment of outstanding achievements. These textures that not far away were at top of social vitality and gave high quality of life for all of their residents unfortunately at the present time have not that spiritual and social life because of the abandonment and lack of organization at their structure and Inefficiencies have been widely used in physical dimensions. For these arenas re-creation is needed. The main aim of this article were the need of intervention to establishment of urban design principles and by considering the principle Integration with the old texture that has done accordingly in addition to review of physical reclamation in these arenas and a review on the world experiences we can find out importance of reclamation in the central and historical tissue of contemporary cities. The historical and cultural range of Tabriz city is not exempt from this as a valuable treasure at the center of this city. We should bring reclamation of this rich texture with drawing a bright view for reclaim this limit with using of special ways and methods. This article tries to offer the suggestions for reducing with consideration of weak and power points chances at these textures
