Combined application of ANP and SWOT for makingstrategic decisions: A case study for construction Management Company

In recent years competitive industrial development have been created. Despite of the rapid growth of the construction industry and demand for extensive services such as management services, the survival of a company requires more consideration of external factors like ( Threat, Opportunities) and internal factors which are known as (Strength, Weaknesses). This paper presents the deployment of the analytic network process (ANP) to analyze the SWOT matrix of construction management Group Company in Iran due to select best strategy and prioritize SWOT factors. The results indicated that from four types of strategy the company’s offensive strategies which are participation in BOT contracts, annual attendance at international conference and set up two international contracts up to 10 year at least, can be as first priorities for this company which should be more considered
