The crisis management of cl2 gas emission afterearthquake . (case study: Laleh park quarter inTehran’s 6th district)

The cl2 gas emission , from conservative reservoirs may result in catastrophic threats, basedon events and consequences of cl2 gas emission in different Iran industries and othercountries, could make sufficient motivation in order to study the behavior of gas, in differentsituations, to make an emergency action planning, therefore because of the importance ofthe topic, in this paper, water and waste water industry (case study : Jalalieh water refinery inTehran city)In order to investigate the consequences of cl2 gas emission has been chosen. The mainpurpose of this investigation consists of: warning people against hazards, speciallyemployees around the water refinery area, identifying the exact district and the hazard rate .so that crisis managers could utilize the results, against this kind of events. Evaluating theways to eliminate or reduce hazards recommending the ways to reduce hazards with theapproach of economic advantages . investigation method is based on quantitative researchesand by using field studies in order to identify the affected areas of hazards and threats andevaluating the people evacuation criteria would be analyzed. Data analysis is presented byusing library and field studies and the ways to reduce hazards would be presented.
