Abstract:

The use of nanomaterials has led to a dramatic increase in the durability and resistance of concrete. The most important challenges are the use of appropriate and optimal distribution materials. In this research, the mechanical behavior of concrete pavement containing calcium nano carbonate and Fly Ash is investigated. For this purpose, 48 concrete specimens of 7 and 28 days were constructed. In order to investigate the mechanical behavior و compressive strength and elasticity tests and study was conducted to determine the durability of the water under pressure penetration test. To investigate the distribution of nanomaterials and their size, the structure of the specimens, FESEM observations, and the determination of their elements and their reactions, were performed by XRD analysis. The results of compressive strength showed that concrete specimens containing Fly ash had the highest resistance and an increase of 146% compared to the control sample. The tensile strength of the samples in the concrete specimen containing the fly ash was more than that of the control sample (7.45%). The observations of FESEM indicate that nanosized nanoparticles are well distributed. The XRD analysis shows an increase in the formation of extra nourishing gels and a decrease in the calcium and hydroxide composition of quartz composition.
