For example we can the 2011 japan earthquake and its consequences such as tsunami , fire and nuclear radiation, japan has faced to many disasters because of its geographical conditions although japanese is conducted many program to reducing risk last earthquake leads to massive losses so the main question is how much the disaster management and risk reduction program is effective in reduce losses and damages?
