Abstract:

A magnetic microstrip array antenna based on Rogers RO3035 commercial substrate (Epsilon = 3.5, loss tangent = 0.004) is proposed in this paper. The proposed array antenna has 6 elements and simple planar structure. First single rectangular magnetic microstrip antenna is designed and after that this antenna is used as array elements in various arrangements (2D and 3D). Meanwhile, various input signal for array elements excitation are studied and results are compared. At the end single antenna surface current and 3D magnetic field at 470 MHz are displayed.
