In this paper, we examine detail of the coherence effect, and we distinguish the coherence length related to source spectral purity and Transverse or spatial coherence related to source size. Also, we describe quantity size of coherent part so that most experimental measurements are performed in accordance interference.About the relationship between coherence and radiation of interfering beams, we conclude that the coherent beam congruent , individual domains phase can be summed .While the beam of incoherent congruent of every radiation are added together. Then we determine what size of single slot should be small single slot untill coherence and freeze production will be guaranteed in screen and we will examine the relationship between the ratio of radiation for interfering beams and Visibility freeze
