Abstract:

Studying the biology of aquatic organisms, without stuying their surroundings, environment and parameters, physical - chemical water would not be complete.Changes in water systems can alter fish distribution range and their influence ondevelopment. In the present study, some physicochemicals factors of the MaharlouLake basin were studied. Physicochemical were as follows: water salinity (0.37-10.94), temperature (11.4-29/9 °C), pH (7.02-9.89), NH4+(0.12-2.52 mg/L), NO3 (1.33-5.85 mg/L) and NO2 (0.012-0.86 mg/L). It was found that levels of severalfactors, including ammonia due to the use of animal fertilizers in some areas aroundthe lake and also the climate change, has exceeded the standard rate of less than 0.5mg/L and caused toxicity and death of many A. farsicus however nitrate was not toxicfor fish in the sampling stations. According to a study done, the genus Aphanius cantolerate a variety of environmental conditions, and may have a global distribution.
