Abstract:
In order to identify fungal infestation of affected eggs of Rainbow trout, < 150infected eggs were sampled from every of three rainbow trout hatcheries (<450samples). The sterile tubes of samples were transferred and inoculated in the culturemedia SDA at 25 °C. Ten groups (family or species) of fungi were isolated from theeggs, including Saprolegnia, Penicillium, Aspergillus niger,A.fumigatus,A.flavus,Cladosporium, Acremonium, Candida albicans, Rhodoterula andPaecilomyces. Three groups of aquatic fungi, Saprolegnia, Penicillium, Rhodoterulawere the most dominant separated egg fungal infestations in the hatcheries. Theresults can help to select herbal extract inhibitors of the fungal infection of the egg inthe future investigations.
