INTEGRATED SOFTWARE FOR PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT

This paper presents the features of integrated software for performance assessment. Most of available softwares need to expert user for working and understanding used method in them. The purpose of designing this software is providing easy and user friendly environment for Decision maker (D.M) working with least Knowledge about using Models. This software developed by Visual CH in .Net environment is capable of identifying weak and strong points as well as providing basic assessment tools for performance analysis. The structure of software is based on Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). If there are large numbers of data for evaluation, this software use Principle Component Analysis (PCA). It requires users provide standard numerical values for inputs, outputs and indicators through database or built in spreadsheets. This software can help managers to continuously identify relative assessment of their industries or organizations with respect to others.
