Abstract:
This paper presents an objective model for location-transportation problem under uncertainty that has been developed to respond to crisis. Humanitarian aid distribution centers in the corresponding model number and location of distribution centers, the amount of relief goods stored in distribution centers, the amount of relief goods sent to the disaster, the number of injured people were transferred to medical centers and the delivery of relief regarding the limits of capacity for transport, distribution centers and also available time and budget limits have been set. Which aims at minimizing unmet need, time is the product of the number of people have not been transferred to medical centers. Considering uncertainty in some parameters of the model, deterministic model has developed a robust optimization. Also unique performance based model of the deterministic model was investigated in a numerical example. The results of the study show that models based deterministic model will remain with a high probability counterpart in reality
