Abstract:

An important way to implement supply chain management is to review purchasing practices. In the recent decade, finding the most appropriate supplier as a strategic supplier in the supply chain has attracted a lot of attention. This research has been completed in two phases. In the first phase, suppliers were ranked by Fuzzy Network Analysis (ANP-Fuzzy) method and using customer relationship management metrics. Then, in the second phase, a four-objective model was designed that includes four goals of minimizing the cost of supply, failure and maximizing the level of service by the supplier and the supplier s compliance with environmental management issues. In the following, the fourobjective problem is turned into single-objective problem by a fuzzy goal-programming method, and several numerical examples have been devised to describe the adequacy of this strategy. The implemented algorithm shows good results in convenient computational time. Therefore, goal-programming model is selected as the optimal allocation pattern in this company
