Abstract:

The increase of pollution in great cities in Iran, unduly energy consumption and high cost of land ownership for green space caused that vertical green space is considered as the best solution to overcome the mentioned problems. However, the high cost of biowalls and he lack of awareness of people of the relevant benefits caused that private sector doesn’t invest in these spaces in their residential environment. The study is EXPERIMENTAL design and the study method is scientific (inductive-deductive). The present study attempted to investigate the present materials and select an alternative for them and reduce the relevant costs of these walls for all people. Here, various materials as polyethylene, polystyrene, wad , fibers and etc. are selected. In practical section, creating similar lab conditions of indoor environment of building, changing the materials and making other conditions constant, providing executive maps by AutoCad software, new and less costly recycledproposed materials are tested and supported the possibility of using proposed materials. Also, by calculating the cost of each sample, a comparison was made between the existing materials supporting the justification of plan in terms of economic issues.
